After being safe from the Al Nur mosque, the players are appealing to their fans to pray for their good wishes through social media. Mushfiqur Rahim, one of the most experienced players of Bangladesh, wrote on the tweet: “We came out safe from the mosque of Christchurch, Allah supported us and saved us. Never face such incidents in life. Pray for us. “Apart from Rahim, opener Tamim Iqbal also expressed his respect to the social media.

Tamim tweeted, “In the firing, the entire team survived child-hair. It was a very scary experience ” Meanwhile, Pakistan’s former all-rounder Shahid Afridi tweeted, “The horrific tragedy #Christchurch New Zealand has been one of the safest and peaceful places for me. The people there are very cute and friendly. Bangladeshi players and staff are safe, this is news of great relief. The time has come that the world should come together and face terrorism. There is no religion of terrorism! Prayers for the families of those killed in the attack. May Allah give them courage.
