BPL 2019: Tamim hit the winning century, 10 fours and 11 sixes to win the Kamila Victorians title: Shakib Al Hasan, captain of Dhaka Dynamites, decided to bowl first before winning the toss. Comilla Victorians got off to bat first before losing the toss and did not start well andEvin Lewis was dismissed by 6 runs in the second over.

In the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Comilla Victorians opener Tamim Iqbal played an unbeaten 141 not out on Friday. Thanks to this moment of Tamim Iqbal, the team managed to make the title a second time in the title. Tamim made important contributions to the team’s victory in a 61-ball 10 by trapping 10 fours and 11 sixes. Shakib Al Hasan, captain of Dhaka Dynamites, decided to bowl first before winning the toss. Comilla Victorians got off to bat first before losing the toss and did not start well and Ivin Lewis was dismissed by 6 runs in the second over. Tamim then shared the 89-run partnership with wicket-keeper batsman Anamul Haque for the second wicket. Anamul scored 24 runs and Shakib’s delivery was out lbw. On his next ball, Kamila got another blow as a run out.

From one end where the wickets were falling, Tamim Iqbal was playing consistent shots from the other side. Tamim’s unbeaten 141 runs helped Kamila lose three wickets in 20 overs and scored a huge 199 runs. Dhaka Dynamites started to chase the target of 200 runs were also poor and Sunil Narine got back to the pavilion in the first over. Upal Tharanga continued to make runs from one end.
