While Rohit scored 648 runs with the help of five centuries in the tournament, Jadeja played only two matches but still managed to make the place in the XI.

Tendulkar has also been selected by the New Zealand captain and Man of the Tournament, Ken Williamson. Bangladesh all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan has also got a place in his team who scored more than 600 runs and took 11 wickets.

Another all-rounder is included in this team as Ben Stokes of the World Cup final star England.

Australian fast bowler Mitchell Starc will lead the fast bowling department. He took 27 wickets in the tournament. Apart from Bumrah, England’s Jopra Archer has been included.

Even Bairstow was not even the first-choice wicketkeeper for the England team, and Jos Buttler played the role, but in Tendulkar’s XI, he got a place in the wicket-keeper.

He got priority over experienced Dhoni. Tendulkar selected the eleventh while commenting for the official broadcaster.
